We have a well maintained(recently decorated again in 2013) 2 bed house in the small market town of Spalding, Lincs. Both neighbours are privately owned, and the estate consists of 3 streets of houses, with many being privately owned. All amenities, including schools/colleges/shops/medical surgeries within a few minutes. The back garden is around 30 feet long, and is securely enclosed with a 6 foot fence. There is a shed at the end of the garden, and there is an enclosed, fenced patio area off the kitchen door, which presently holds the bbq area, rabbit hutches and more, so is pleasantly spacious. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, with the main room big enough for 2 teenagers to share, and the back room is big enough for a double bed and wardrobes. The bathroom is presently floor tiled, and has a shower. Downstairs the kitchen is big enough to hold an expandable kitchen table, with an additional larder cupboard for extra storage space. The living room is medium sized, and is east facing. The kitchen and bathroom will need modernization in the future, but that could be done to personal taste. We are looking to move back to Sussex and any area considered between Eastbourne and Littlehampton would be considered. My eldest will be at home for a few more years yet, so a 3 bed property would be ideal. A lovely 2 bed property (Flat) situated right next to the Town of Romford. Shops, restaurants, cinema, ice rink, train station, bus stops, bowling alley, Doctors, Hospital and Dentists all close by. The area is lovely and I haven't had any trouble since I have been here. The Living room is pretty big, we have a 6 chair dining table , two sofas, tv, and computer desk situated comfortably. We have a small gally sized kitchen, a fully tiled bathroom/shower room, one double bedroom and one single though we have had 2 single beds in comfortable and the person who lived here before had a double bed in there. We just need a bigger property due to my 14 year old daughter and 11 year old son having to share a bedroom together. They desperately need their own space as they are driving me mad, they have never had their own bedrooms and for my own sanity we need to upsize as soon as possible.
